Many have called this nation the “American Experiment!“ Considering the many challenges this nation has faced in its journey, it’s a miracle that it survived the obstacles that tested its resolve and determination. Frankly, when considering the odds against winning its independence from the world’s greatest military at the time, with a ragtag militia, you would suspect there is more here than meets the eye. When considering the Civil War and how deeply divided the nation was, you cannot help but marvel at how incredible it was that the United States preserved its unity as the United States of America! And then, fighting two World Wars, just twenty-three years apart in the 20th century, it’s strangely astonishing that this nation continues to survive such destructive forces that should have collapsed its national existence.

There is obviously something “Providential” about the United States that seems to be providing a degree of protection for purposes of clearly, bringing a balance of power to the nations of the world–– and yes, there is: it’s called God’s Covenant Birthright!

Most are unaware of this Covenant Promise God originally gave to Abram [a.k.a. Abraham] back in Genesis 12:1-3. That original Promise included a blessing of becoming a physical nation and a bloodline (a seed) that would provide the Messiah (Gal. 3:16). God expanded the “nation” portion to a Company of Nations and a Great Nation (Gen. 48:19). We understand the recipients of this combined physical Covenant Promise are represented by the British Commonwealth of Nations and the United States of America; and of course, the “spiritual seed” being Jesus Christ!

And as odd and strange as it may be, though the British Commonwealth of Nations have fragmented and the U.K. is experiencing tumultuous conditions at this time, the elder brother nation, the USA, is on the rise and appears to be waking up to the existential threats it’s surrounded by and taking action to geopolitically intervene to strategically, through military strength, become the leading “balance of power” for stabilizing the nations of the world.

I’m sure you are as incredibly surprised as I am that World War 3 hasn’t started. I don’t believe we need to belabor the facts that the United States has recently engaged aggressively in warfare! A few months ago, the USA invaded Venezuela, captured its President, and extradited him and his wife to the USA. They are both currently incarcerated. Then, about 6 weeks ago, the USA invaded Iran. Destroyed its military in about 2 weeks and took complete control of the Strait of Hormuz, imposed an embargo on all Iranian oil exports, and virtually destroyed it financially.

And interestingly enough, China, Russia, and North Korea, a Communist “axis of power,” which are all allies of Iran, stand down. They do not counterattack to defend Iran. Astonishingly, the President of the USA, Donald Trump, met with Xi, the President of China, a few weeks ago, and they agreed on the objectives the United States has proposed to Iran. There remains no kinetic acceleration from third parties outside of Iran. This is just stunning! Frankly, it’s unbelievably amazing when you think about it. Clearly, God is involved!

We can analyze these political behaviors until the “cows come home,” but there are real strategic global agendas underway that appear to be positioning for enormous worldwide changes––for better or worse! Former Middle East enemies are actually talking to each other and considering ratifying an expanded Abraham Accord agreement. This document is a framework urging several additional Muslim and Arab nations to normalize relations with Israel to broaden the “potential” for regional peace, among these former enemies.

So, it would appear a “judge” has been raised up in this Birthright Nation to resist and push back at the Globalist. To relieve and slow down some of the oppression and attempted control from the WEF, the UN, and so many of the additional global organizations like the IMF, the WHO, and the World Court, along with so many others, ––a speed bump, if you will––curbing their influence and reducing their momentum from achieving a “New World Order.” Admittedly, President Trump’s administration has disrupted many of their plans, setting them back on their timeline!

However, this kind of event comes with responsibilities attached. The God of Israel, whom the USA has embraced, at least the name of Jesus Christ as the Savior of mankind, expects an improved sense of commitment to His laws and statutes. It is a fact that the United States was not perfect in its ways of portraying God’s expectations, but it does not dismiss that we are a Christian Nation. We have never been a Muslim, Hindu, or Buddhist nation. Nor has there been a pantheon of gods like Rome had. Since the earliest days of the Pilgrims, America’s religious heritage has been rooted in Judeo-Christian morals and principles as explained in both the Old and New Testaments. This is an historical fact, as recorded and substantiated in many of the State Constitutions throughout the United States!

And though this does not propose that every American is a Christian, it certainly doesn’t dismiss the fact that the Puritans, Catholics, Baptists, and other Protestant denominations were doing their best in those early years to believe in the Father and Christ, His Son, as portrayed in the Bible! Although the Covenant Promise ensured that God would be faithful to fulfill it, keep in mind that the sins, unrighteousness, and faithlessness of the people had no effect on God’s fulfillment of the Birthright obligation under His Covenant with Abraham. God swore on His own name (Gen. 22:16). His word and integrity are on the line to fulfill His Promise as originally given to Abram, regardless of any obstacles!

No, contrary to the gainsayers who claim America was not a Christian nation [as a recent former President of the USA said at one time), an honest unbiased study will show with certitude that the majority of Americans early on, and up until the 1970’s, shared in the common belief of Christ as Savior and that His ethics underscored the definition of what was considered right or wrong, good, or bad.

America’s founding fathers were self-professing Christians, and much of their founding documents prove a belief in a Christian Worldview. So happy Birthday America, and may you have many more for the sake of God’s Church and His Work, our families, friends, and the rest of the world! May your “Birthright blessing” continue to be upon this nation as we attempt to overcome our faults and weaknesses, bringing our lives in line with our Savior’s example, while we advance the Gospel and serve your people for your glory!
