    This is an update on my grandfather, William Drew, 94 yrs old. He is expected to be discharged to home from the rehab hospital this week sometime, which is much sooner than they originally expected. Thank you all so very much for the prayers!

    Requesting prayers for my grandparents who are long time members of the Churches of God. William (previously Deacon in CGI from Kalamazoo, MI) and Anna Drew. They’re in their 90’s now and living in Tennessee. William has been taking care of Anna as she has been suffering from dementia for several years, with the dementia becoming pretty severe over the past year. Yesterday he fell and broke his hip. He made it through surgery ok but will be in the rehab facility at least 20 days. I greatly appreciate any prayers for them and I know they would as well. Thank you and God bless..

    Please help us pray for my mother Linda. She has been sick for a few months now, with back pain, stomach issues and fibromyalgia pain. We have been going to doctors to try and find out what might be wrong but each time they can’t seem to find anything. We have a few doctor appointment left to see if they can find out what’s wrong. We are asking for healing from whatever illness she may have.

    I am asking for the church to lift up my 11-year-old Grandniece Isabella (Bella) Pacheco. she went into the hospital on December 7th for an appendectomy, after which she was still not feeling well so they kept her in the hospital for observation. It was then discovered that she had a large abscess that formed. Now she has tubes coming out of her abdomen to drain the blood, she is very weak now and she is not eating. they have no idea when she will be able to go home. i expect that God will heal Bella the same miraculous he healed me.

    Updating from prayer request last week. I am getting much relief from the stress and panic attacks. I’m still having physical health issues but the prayers are definitely working, so thank you all. I went to the doctor today for testing on my kidney health after weeks of issues. They did find blood in my urine analysis but no infection. My doctor believes there’s a possibility that the colonoscopy prep I was given a few weeks ago may be causing kidney stones or damage and I will get the blood tests back sometime next week, and further testing if needed. She said the symptoms of kidney damage can come weeks to months after using one of those preps and I’ve been having trouble since I left the hospital. If you wouldn’t mind praying for God’s healing on whatever this is, I would be grateful. Thank you for having this prayer request feature on your site. I appreciate all of you and I hope you all have a beautiful Sabbath!

    My sister Terri Jones has been in Fairview General Hospital for the last week and a half with a viral form of pneumonia. She had been intubated for several days but was extubated this afternoon. Sher is still having difficulty breathing on her own and needs your prayers.

    Joe’s mom Teresa who has nasopharyngeal cancer had a pet scan which showed significant improvement. There is a little cancer left but she is going to get a 3 week break from treatment. Teresa is very sore from the IVs so the doctor will insert a port and she will probably receive very low dose chemo and radiation. We praise God and thank you all for your prayers. Joe & Julie

He is currently in the hospital from complications from chemo. He was recently diagnosed with bone cancer and lung cancer.     Rosalie DiFranco of Missouri, a long time weekly online viewer, has been dealing with severe knee and back pain as well as bilateral lymph-edema of her legs all of which have greatly limited her mobility. This has caused her to home bound. She’ll be starting physical therapy massage for the lymph-edema next week to help with the mobility issues. She’s hoping to avoid knee replacement surgery. Prayers are requested for pain relief, increase in mobility which will improve her quality of life. Thank you

    I just learned that the family of my nephew Ron Fleming, is in the area that this newest typhoon is predicted to hit in the Philippines. Ron is still here in the states but is expected to head there in 5 days. His wife Amelita, their daughter Vanessa, who is only 5, and his step-daughter Twiency are living in the new home they have been working on for the past year. I would like to ask the brethren to pray for their safety, as well as the safety of all the brethren living in that country.

    Here’s an unusual prayer request for God’s intervention to save the lives of 400 healthy Ostriches here in BC Canada who are literally minutes, hours, away from being culled. Last year a couple of them did get sick but all the rest either recovered fully or didn’t even get sick. That was over 250 ago. Again, these 400 ostriches are healthy there is no reason for them to be culled. Please pray for God’s urgent intervention to save his creation. They are appealing to the supreme court of Canada.

    Bob Dilley, Becky Swope’s son-in-law, has been diagnosed with cancer in the lower part of his body. He will be scheduled for a CT scan and an MRI on October 2nd and 3rd to determine if it has spread to other parts of his body. He is also awaiting an appointment with his surgeon. He is asking for prayers on his behalf, that the cancer hasn’t spread to other areas of his body. So, please keep Bob in your prayers and his wife, Linda, Becky’s daughter, as they continue to contend with Bob’s health issues.

    Joe & I would like to request prayers for Joe’s mom Teresa. She had a terrible ear infection with drainage and lost her hearing in one ear. After a 3rd biopsy because of the amount of infection she has been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer. She will be treated with radiation and chemo. Please pray it is God’s will for complete healing. One doctor said there is an 80% survival rate which I think means 5 year survival rate. Thank you so much. Joe, Julie & family

    Please keep my mom, Thelma Kimball, in your prayers. She was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma years ago, which is a type of blood cancer. Then recently she was diagnosed with stage 4 chronic kidney disease. Right now, she’s taking medication by mouth, but the next stage will be dialysis. Thanking you all in advance, Saadia.

    Please continue to pray for Cathy, Odi, and the Hill  family from Nebraska. They need wisdom to make the best decisions for Cathy’s upcoming procedures. Cathy needs heart surgery and has been thru ongoing tests for months. Prayers for wisdom to identify the best surgeons and guidance thru planning the procedures to replace Cathy’s dysfunctional valve are welcomed.

    Please pray for Chistine Willee’s dad, Robert Kroeger He suffered a mild stroke on Wednesday. Removed a blood clot from the brain. Just some mild weakness on his left side and being watched for any possible pneumonia symptoms. We are asking for physical healing as well as his mental state. He was very lucky and doesn’t realize it.

    The Church is asking for special prayer for Mr. Wayne Holmes. He is an Elder in God’s Church, presently Pastoring a COGWA congregation in Oklahoma. He too suffered a heart attack in the evening of 7-19-25. He is currently in the Hospital and has been anointed. The Doctors will be doing a “Cath Lab” test to check for any blockage. Please remember Mr. Holmes and his wife, Rhonda in your prayers as they go through this health challenge.

    Thank you so much for all your prayers and, keep them coming for Dorothy Davies as she adjusts to assisted living in Leavenworth.. in retirement living and, being closer to her granddaughter and, family it is a life transition and life adjustment to give up house to transition to assisted /retirement living.. yet God gives and reveals to us that if we give up.. something .. blessings .. given to us in life.. and.. certainly.. Dorothy.. gave up a very cherished.. house a house her husband built.. for her and family and now.. transitions to assisted/retirement living.. something new… while, we are taking care of things in Manhattan , Kansas for her and family.. and if you would like to send her a card and give her a call.. of encouragement.. her address is ..     Manny Gore, son of Dan and Beth Gore; and a grandson of Ben Faulkner; is in St Joseph’s Children Hospital, Tampa, FL; because he had a fever that was going up and down; up to 105.2 then suddenly dropping to close to his normal. They now believe that he is needing his central line replaced; used for feeding and receiving meds; and, if this happens, there will need to be 1-2 separate surgery’s because of his specific health conditions. It looks like at least one surgery will be done today. Please remember Manny, as well as the entire family; asking for healing of this current situation; as the medical personnel get this figured out.

    Brian/Donna Sapp are asking for prayers for Trish Matthews who attends CGI, SC. She had a hip replacement 2 weeks ago and while recovering had a heart attack in which she went sometime without oxygen. Trish is in her early 50s. Her brain has damage on both sides. Her family has some hard decisions to make. Mike Nolen is going today to see her and her family. Pray for Mike as well. Thank you

    Tony Buchert is asking prayer for his mom. Sue Buchert. Sue fell yesterday morning and wasn’t discovered until a few hours later. After some tests it was discovered there is something wrong with her heart.Tony and Angie will be meeting with some cardiologists to determine the exact issues with Sue’s heart. Please pray this problem with Sue Buchert’s heart is not serious. The family would appreciate it very much.

    My name is Makenna. I’ve been having a hard time and was wondering if you would pray for my deliverance from the enemy. I worked in healthcare for a little bit but now I’m struggling. I feel like I can’t help others the same way anymore, and I’d like to however God wants me to, Please ask Jesus to deliver me from the forces of evil. I would like God to help me with full deliverance because I feel attacked spiritually. I would like to grow old and do whatever God’s will is to the best of my ability. Please ask God to work fast and have mercy on me, and ask for the angels to help. I’ve been disabled most of my life.
